1. Introduction

These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of women’s dresses from Giodi. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Order Placement and Confirmation

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We will send you an order confirmation email to acknowledge receipt of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your offer. Your order is considered accepted and a contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email. In the event that an item is out of stock or unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel your order and will notify you via email. We will issue a full refund if your order is cancelled.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices on our website are displayed in the currency specified at the time of your visit. The price you pay for your order includes the cost of the products, but does not include any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees. These additional charges will be calculated and displayed to you during the checkout process. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Shipping

  • Processing Time: We strive to process your order within 1 - 3 business days from the date of order acceptance.
  • Delivery Time: Once your order has been shipped, it is estimated to arrive at the shipping address you provided within 6 - 12 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance (for international orders), and other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping.
  • Shipping Address: It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. We cannot be held liable for items that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If an item is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the item.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: You may return any item(s) within 60 days from the date of receipt, provided that the item(s) are in their original condition with all tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items that do not meet these criteria may be rejected and returned to you.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@giodi.shop. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s), including the return shipping address. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item(s) received were defective or incorrect.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 - 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.

We make every effort to accurately describe and depict the products available on our website. However, product colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings. We do not guarantee that the appearance of any product will exactly match what you see on your screen. If you have any questions about a product, please contact our customer service team before placing an order.
